Ever being asked why is your mood off?

Have you ever wondered what people really mean when they say, “Is your mood off today”? Does this mean you are not behaving normally today ? or does this mean you are not vibing enough today? Does this mean you are not entertaining them enough ?

For the longest time, I believed mood was mostly a solo thing — a product of my own mind. If I was off, it was because I was overthinking, not happy enough, or wrestling with something only I could fix. The fault line was always inside me.

But lately, I’m not so sure. lets tap more into this.

We all hear that word — trigger — tossed around endlessly. There are two kinds: internal triggers and external triggers. Both can play with your mind, and they are very expensive to handle (not in terms of money).

In my case its usually something external which happens once may be you know while getting into any kind of off discussion with your parter, or talking to someone or in an office call and then Suddenly, that moment becomes a loop, from just a few times to twenty or thirty times.

The truth is, we’re all human. Our triggers — whether internal or external — are part of what makes us real, not broken. If you find yourself spiraling, you’re not alone. Maybe the next time someone says, “You’re not yourself today,” we can remember that sometimes, “yourself” is just figuring things out in real time — and that’s perfectly okay.

Soundbite to think over – “We all think we’re supposed to be in control of our moods—but what if it’s the world around us pulling the strings?”
